Infrastructure without documentation is infrastructure your team cannot operate confidently. We write the documentation so you do not have to rely on tribal knowledge.

AWS-standard architecture diagrams for your current or planned environment: network topology, service relationships, data flow, and security boundaries. Delivered in editable format.
Get StartedStep-by-step operational runbooks for your most common and critical procedures (deployments, rollbacks, incident response, and routine maintenance) written for the people who actually run the operations.
Get StartedWritten records of significant technical decisions: what was decided, what alternatives were considered, and why the chosen approach was selected. Invaluable for onboarding and future architecture work.
Get StartedDiscovery and documentation of infrastructure that was built without documentation. We read the AWS console, Terraform state, and CloudTrail history and produce diagrams and runbooks from what we find.
Get StartedNew engineer onboarding documentation covering your environment, deployment process, monitoring, and escalation paths. Reduces time-to-productivity for every new team member.
Get StartedWe use AI tools to accelerate initial documentation drafts, which we then verify, correct, and refine for accuracy. Faster delivery without sacrificing quality.
Get StartedEvery engagement is scoped with explicit deliverables before work begins. No ambiguity about what you are paying for.
Selected based on your environment and requirements, not based on what is easiest to implement.
Yes. Discovery and documentation of undocumented environments is one of our most common engagements. We use Terraform import, AWS Config, and CloudTrail to build a picture of what exists, then produce diagrams and runbooks from it.
Diagrams are delivered as editable source files (draw.io or Lucidchart) and exported PNG/PDF. Written documentation is delivered in your preferred format: Markdown, Confluence, Notion, or Word.
A runbook anyone on your team can follow without prior context on the specific system, written for the conditions under which it will be used, usually at 2am during an incident. We write with that standard in mind.
