Our Story

Why we built this practice

Denvan Consulting was founded because too many SaaS engineering teams were operating Kubernetes clusters they didn't fully understand, getting paged at 2am by OOMKill events, and deploying through manual processes when GitOps could have solved it months ago.

We focus on four things: Kubernetes platform engineering, K8s migrations, cluster reliability and troubleshooting, and infrastructure automation with Terraform. Not general cloud consulting. Not staff augmentation. Not vague advisory work. Just the Kubernetes problems we know how to solve quickly and completely.
